激励理论在高校思想政治教育中的应用

激励是思想政治教育的行之有效的方法之一。激励理论有四种类型,这些理论在高校思想政治教育中发挥着重要作用。但目前激励理论在高校思想政治教育的应用还存在着不足,高校思想政治教育中应运用激励理论的方法与对策,主要包括为:目标激励、物质激励与精神激励相结合、尊重激励和行为激励等。

Motivation is one of the effective ways ofideologica/and political education.This article briefly describes four types of moti- vation theory which play importance role in the ideological and political education of universities .But at present, there is deficiency in the ideological and political education.It should apply to the motivation theory and meastlres which contain aims-motivation, combin- ing materal-motivation with spirit-motivation,respect-motivation and activity-motivation.
