Power Market Pricing for Developing Countries, Part I: Next-day Pool Purchase Pricing and Operation with Deterministic Electricity Value Analysis

本文指出:英国电力市场中联营体购入电价PPP（即发电上网电价）不适用于发展中国家,进而论述了发展中国家发电上网电价的特点和要求.针对这些问题和特点,作者发展了电能价值当量分析方法,并用于次日发电上网电价的预测.文中基于这一方法.还设想了发展中国家发电上网定价的运作方式.最后文中给出了以我国南方某省1990年的数据为背景的算例.

Pointing out the unsuitability of the PPPs (Pool Purchase Prices) in the power pool of UK to developing countries, this paper analyses the special features and requirements of the PPPs in developing countries. An electricity value analysis is accordingly developed by the authors to predict PPPs for next day, on the basis of which a pool purchase pricing and operation system is also conceived for developing countries. Finally the paper presents a case study which uses the practical data of 1990 from a province in south China.
