An Oxygen-participated Aromatization of 1,4-Dihydropyridines

1,4-二氢吡啶类化合物(1_(a-f)在丙酮中回流10～36h,得到相应的吡啶类化合物(2_(R-f)),得率很高.该类反应属于氧参与下的芳构化反应.

1,4-Dihydro-2, 6-dimethyl-3, 5-pyridinedicarboxybic diesters (1, 4-dihy-dropyridines) la-f, in acetone under reflexing condition, are aromatized to give corresponding pyridines 2a-f in excellent yields. The mechanism of the aromatization has been found to be an oxygen-participated aromatization.
