摘要
建立了超声辅助萃取-离子色谱法同时测定卷烟主流烟气中主要有机酸的方法。采用20 mL 30 mmol/L NaOH溶液在50℃下对捕集了卷烟主流烟气的剑桥滤片超声萃取50 min,AS11-HC分离柱、Ion AG11-HC保护柱、ASRS-ULTRAⅡ抑制器,KOH溶液为淋洗液,用电导检测器同时测定了卷烟主流烟气中的乳酸、甲酸、乙酸、丙酸、苹果酸和草酸的含量。方法的线性范围1.0~400 mg/L,相关系数为0.9990~0.9995,相对标准偏差1.4%~4.8%,检出限0.03~0.09 mg/L,回收率为92%~104%。采用此方法测定了19种不同规格卷烟样品主流烟气中6种有机酸的含量,并且以6种有机酸为指标对样品进行了聚类分析。结果表明,6种有机酸的含量分布特征可反映不同等级卷烟产品的特性,可用于不用等级卷烟产品的比较和分类。
An ultrasonic extraction combined with ion chromatography (IC) for the simultaneous determination of six organic acids in cigarette mainstream smoke was developed. Six organic acids including formic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid, lactic acid, malic acid and oxalic acid in cigarette mainstream smoke were extracted by ultrasonic wave with 20 mL of 30 mmol/L NaOH at 50 ℃ for 50 min, and separated on a dionex AS11-HC column, with an IonPac AG11-HC as a guard column and ASRS-ULTRA II as a suppressor. KOH solution was used as an eluent. The analytes were detected by a conductivity detector. It was found that the recoveries were between 92% and 104%, the relative standard deviations were between 1.4% and 4.8%, and the correlation coefficients of linear regression equations ranged from 0.9990 to 0.9995 and the detection limits in the range of 0.03 - 0.09 mg/L. The contents of 6 organic acids in 19 cigarette samples were determined, and the data were processed with cluster analysis. The results showed that the method could be used for the comparison and classification of different kinds of cigarettes, and the proportion distribution of 6 organic acids reflected fairly well the characteristics of different kinds of cigarettes, which could be served as a reference in cigarette classification.
