摘要
本文论述的2700MHz高稳定度锁相振荡源的设计过程。用10MHz晶振对2700MHz压控振荡器进行锁相,改善了输出信号指标。相位噪声指标为:L(10kHz)<-93dBC/Hz输出功率大于10mW.杂散仰制<-65dBC。
The paper discusses about the process of designing 2 700 MHz high stability phase-locked oscillator. Using of 10 MHz crystal oscillation to phase lock 2 700 MHz piezoelectric oscillation,the design sets a better norm of output information: norm of phase noise is L (10 kHz ) < - 93 dBC/Hz,output power> 10 mW,stray restraint< - 65 dBC.
