摘要
本文介绍了一种基于单片机的内部资源和采用“△t时间扩展”技术,实现高精度测最任意两个信号之间的时间间隔原理和系统构成.并对测显误差进行了分析。
This paper introduces the principle and system architecture of realizing high precision mea-surment of the time interval between any two signals based on singale-chip's internal resource and '△t time extension' technology,and analyzes measuring error of the system.
