摘要
佛手幼果发育过程中,可溶性蛋白质含量随幼果发育略有提高,升花后5~25d由5.641mg·g-1鲜重(FW)增至8.076mg·g-1FW。吲哚乙酸IAA含量在开花后5~10d由43.37μg·g-1干重(DW)升至74.40μg·g-1DW,然后急剧下降,至开花后第25d降至13.50μg·g-1DW。IAA氧化酶活性,在开花后10~25d由2.72μg·h-1mL-1酶液升至11.17μg·h-1·mL-1酶液。佛手幼果发育过程中,IAA氧化酶活性升高,引起IAA含量下降,蛋白质等养分积累减少,可能是佛手早期落果的生理原因之一。
During thc fruitlet dcvelopment of fingered citron (Citrus medica Var. Sarcodctylis Swing),the solution protein content in fruitlet slightly increased 5. 641 mg. g-1 FW on the 5th day and 8. 076 mg. g-1 FW on the 25 day after blossom;IAA titer increased in the early stage of fruit development,peaked on the 10th day after blossom 74. 40μg. g - 1 DW but dropped down after-wards dramatically. IAA oxidase activity showed an increased change (2. 72μg. h-1. mL, en-zyme on the 10th day and 11. 17μg. h-1. mL-1 enzyme on the 25th day after hlossom ). It is concluded that due to thc enhancement of IAA oxidase activity, thc content of lAA Hecrcased.and the accumulation of protein was also delayed. It is thus suggested that decrease of IAA may cause fruit dropping during the early fruit development.
