企业信息系统中上下文敏感的在线帮助的设计与实现
摘要
企业信息系统建设完成后,在用户使用过程中及时提供方便快捷的帮助是提高系统使用效率,降低系统运维难度的重要手段。本文结合企业信息系统建设和运行维护的实际情况,设计并实现了一套上下文敏感的在线帮助系统。
