摘要
用平衡透析法研究了生理条件(pH7.43)下Cu(Ⅱ)与人血清白蛋白(HSA)或牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用.结果表明,HSA对Cu(Ⅱ)有1个强结合部位和9个弱结合部位,结合常数分别为11×105及91×102;BSA对Cu(Ⅱ)有1个强结合部位和7个弱结合部位,结合常数分别为84×104和75×102.
The binding of Cu(Ⅱ) with human serum albumin (HSA) or bovine serum albumin (BSA) at physiological pH(7.43) is studied by the method of equilibrium dialysis. The results show that there exists one strong binding site and nine weak binding sites of Cu(Ⅱ) in HSA. The stability constants are 1.1×10 5 and 9.1×10 2 respectively. In BSA there are one strong binding site and seven weak binding sites of Cu(Ⅱ). The stability constants are 8.4×10 4 and 7.5×10 2 respectively. The Hill coefficients demonstrate that the binding of HSA or BSA with Cu(Ⅱ) has some positive cooperativity.
