摘要
对职称评审量化管理系统（ＺＣＬＨＳ）的设计与实现作了初步探讨，为实现职称评审的科学化和规范化提供了一种实用的计算机软件．
A preliminary study of the design and implementation of the quantified management system for the professional titles evaluation is made. A kind of practical computer software is provided to accomplish the scientification and normalization of the professional titles evaluation.
