摘要
人事档案管理是人力资源管理的重要组成部分,本文通过讨论人事档案工作的重要性,挖掘分析了我国目前企业人事档案管理存在的一些问题,从而提出了一些人事档案管理工作中的一些对策,以期使人事档案管理更好地适应信息时代的需求。
The personnel file management of enterprises is an important part in human resource management.The article analyses present problems in this field by discussing the importance of the personnel files work,and puts forward some strategies in order that it will be able to adapt to the demand of information age better.
