摘要
与在就业领域中一样,女性在创业过程中也面临着类似的性别歧视与偏见。统计歧视论、双元劳动市场论、偏好歧视论、人力资本论是用来解释性别歧视成因的四种观点,而最终根源似乎仍脱离不了性别角色刻板印象。虽然性别歧视普遍存在于职场,但女性对此却有不同的知觉与反应,性别歧视知觉会对女性的创业态度、创业压力和职家冲突产生负面影响。
As in the field of employment,women in the entrepreneurial process are faced with similar gender discrimination and prejudices. Statistical discrimination theory,dual labor market theory, preference theory of discrimination,human capital theory are used to explain the causes of gender discrimination in the four perspectives. But the ultimate cause is originated from sex-role stereotypes. Although the existence of gender discrimination in the workplace,women have different perception and reaction. Perception of gender discrimination put negative impact on the female's entrepreneurial attitude, stress and conflict.
