摘要
两年一度的中国·丽水国际摄影节举世瞩目,为了更好地宣传并促进摄影文化的国际交流,做好这一文化节的翻译工作尤为重要和艰巨。据英国著名翻译理论家纽马克的观点,对于以目的语文化为归属的信息型和诱导型的文体如宣传资料等应采取交际翻译方法,注重读者的理解和反应,即信息传递的效果。全文选取了一些译例进行分析和探讨,以期为摄影文化节期间的对外宣传翻译工作提供一些借鉴。
C-E Translation is an important and arduous task during the spectacular Lishui International Photography Festival which is held every two years. Based on Peter Newmark's Communicative translation theory,the author,by citing examples and analyzing problems,attempts to explore more effective English versions which are expected to be helpful in publicity-oriented C-E translation during the Photography Festival.
