女大学生宿舍人际关系现状探析

A study on the Interpersonal Relationship among Female College Students in the Dormitory

女大学生宿舍人际关系现状总体良好,但在部分群体中也存在一些问题。女大学生宿舍不良人际关系的出现,是诸多因素作用的结果。在实践中,应加强对女大学生宿舍人际关系的引导,从培养学生自我调适能力、实施团体辅导等方式入手,营造女大学生宿舍和谐人际关系。

Due to the psychological and physical characteristics, the interpersonal relationship among female college students takes on the features of uniqueness and complexity. This paper exhaustively analyzes the status quo of the interpersonal relationship as well as the main reasons why unhealthy interpersonal relationship exists among female college students in the dormitory. Furthermore, this paper will discuss the effective measures on how to build good interpersonal relationship to help female college students deal with such problems better.
