论高校“民生档案”的主体——师生档案的规范建设刍议

A Personal View on Livelyhood Archive of Universities and Colleges

高校"民生档案"的主体是"师生档案"。其理想状态应当是全面的、网状的、鲜活的、立体的、连续的、有机的师生在教学、实践等环节中的记忆。文章就高校教师档案中的人事档案与人力资源档案、教学工作档案、科研活动及成果档案,以及大学生档案所涉及的学籍档案、学习档案、个性化成长档案、诚信档案等原始材料的产生特点和规律进行分析。

The livelyhood records of universities and collgegs are the records of teachers and students. The ideal state of the livelyhood records of universities and collgegs should be full-scale,netlike,vivid, ridimensional, continuous, and organic records of teachers and students in their teaching and learning practice. The present paper analyzes the features and patterns concerning the generation of the personal records, human resource records,teaching and research records,and achivement records of teachers,and that of the hakcik records, learning records, individual development records, integrity records of students.
