摘要
目的探讨精子运动参数与精子活力的关系,为临床诊断及治疗男性不育提供一个较为科学的参考指标。方法将活力在1%~10%、11%~30%、31%~50%和大于50%的精子分别分为A、B、C、D4组,进行不同精子活力组的活力情况和运动参数的比较。结果A组精液中精子参数精子平均曲线运动速度(curvilinear velocity,VCL)、平均直线运动速度(straight line velocity,VSI.)、平均路径速度(average path velocity,VAP)、精子平均鞭打频率(beat crossf requency,BCF)、运动的直线性(linearity,LIN)、运动的摆动性(wobble,WOB)及运动的前向性(straightness,sTR)与其他3组比较,差异有统计学意义;B组精液中精子参数VSI,、VCL、VAP、STR、LIN、WOB与其他3组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);C组与D组精子参数VSL、VCL、VAP比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论精子运动参数与精子活力关系的分析结果表明,精子运动参数VSL、VCL、VAP是反映精子活力的有效指标。
Objective To study the relationship between the kinesis parameter and motility of sperm. Methods The sperm were divided into 4 groups, according to the motility of sperm, 1%-10 %, 11% 30 %, 31%-50 % and over 50 % respectively. The sperm kinesis parameters, including straight line velocity (VSL),curvilinear velocity (VCL), straightness (STR), linea rity (LIN) ,wobble (WOB) and average path velocity (VAP) of the sperm movement,and the sperm motility of these 4 groups were compared. Results There are significant difference between group A and the other groups in VSL, VCL, VAP, STR, LIN, WOB, and BCF. There are significant difference between group B and the other groups in VSL,VCL, VAP, STR, LIN, and WOB(P〈0.05). And there are significant difference between group C and group D in VSL,VCL,and VAP(P〈0.05). Conclusion VSL,VCL and VAP are valuable parameters to evaluate the motility of sperm.
