摘要
首先用Sysnoise软件对不同穿孔率的消声器传递损失做了分析,发现不同的穿孔率对某些频率的降噪作用相同。为了寻找穿孔率和排气压力的关系,利用Fluent软件对穿孔率不同的消声器内流场做了分析计算,证明减小穿孔率后,虽然流动有序,但是排气压力增大。
Sysnoise software was used to study the transmission loss of dual-perforated-tube mufflers with different punching rate in this paper. We found different punching rate had the same effect on decreasing noise. In order to find the relationship between punching rate and exhaust pressure, we used Fluent software to simulate the inner flow field of mufflers with different punching rate. At last we knew that exhaust pressure would increase with the decrease of punching rate, but the flow would also be in order.
