摘要
提出了高速轮胎试验机机架的结构方案。通过ANSYS有限元模态分析,得到了机架的低阶模态和振型。在此基础上又对机架结构的次要结构参数对机架动态特性的影响进行了分析,最终得到了较为合理的机架结构参数。
The paper is about the frame structure of high-speed tire testing machine. By using ANSYS to carry out finite element modal analysis, we have gotten the low-order inherent frequences and vibration modes of the frame. On this basis, we have also analyzed the influence of the secondary structural parameters on the dynamic characteristics of the frame, and gotten a frame with more reasonable structural parameters.
