摘要
焊接热影响区晶粒度是影响焊接性能的重要因素。对不同厂家的SUPER304H钢进行了不同焊接线输入能量和不同热循环次数的焊接试验,并对它们的焊接热影响区的晶粒度用光学显微镜进行了检测;得到了影响SUPER304H钢热影响区晶粒度的主要因素是焊接线输入能量及焊接线输入能量应控制在12 kJ/cm以下的结论。
The grain size in heat affected zone (HAZ) is the significant factor affecting the welding properties. The welding tests of SUPER304H steels produced by different factories were conducted, and the grain size of the welding HAZ was detected by optical microscope. The results show that the main factor of affecting grain growth in HAZ is the welding line energy, and the welding line energy should he controlled down to 12 kJ/cm.
