摘要
介绍了电动车永磁直流有刷电动机控制系统软、硬件的设计。该系统采用HT48R50A-1和PIC16F716两个单片机分别作为上位机和下位机。上位机主要用于人机对话,下位机用于电机运动控制,并且具有过流检测、过欠电压检测和堵转保护等功能。两机通过I/O串行方式通信,直流电机转速采用基于IGBT管的脉宽调制PWM技术进行调节。最后对系统抗干扰设计进行了介绍。
This article introduces the design of software and hardware of permanent magnet brushless DC motor control system for electric vehicles. The system uses HT48RSOA--1 and PIC16F716 as the upper and lower machines respectively. The upper machine mainly realizes human-machine interaction. The lower machine with the functions of over-current detection, over-voltage and undervoltage detection and stall protection is used to control the motor motion. The two microprocessors communicate by I/O. The system regulates the velocity of DC motor by use of IGBT-based pulse width modulated (PWM) control technique. At last, it introduces the anti-interference design of the control system.
