摘要
测长称重机和喷码机用于钢管自动生产线上,两个设备与工控机之间的通信易受干扰。通过对干扰源的分析,从硬件和软件两方面进行抗干扰处理,成功地克服了干扰,使数据传输稳定,提高了系统的可靠性。
The measuring and weighing machine was used in the production line of steel pipe for acquiring the length and weight data and sending the data to the computer. The communication among the PLC, computer and peripheral devices was frequently jammed. The paper analysed the primary interference sources and proposed the countermeasures. The interference was overcome successfully, and the system reliability was improved.
