摘要
对一种抬包清理机床在切削过程中所消耗的功率进行了研究。通过对该机床结构形式的分析,套用端铣刀计算公式对机床在端铣、切壁以及回转体回转时所消耗的功率分别进行了近似计算,最终得出了该清洗机在切屑过程中所消耗的总功率。
In this thesis, the power consumption of a washing machine for cleaning the aluminum ladle has been studied. The structure of the machine is very special, so we have to use the formula of end-milling process to calculate the power approximately. The power consumed in end-milling, cutting walls and the rotary mechanism are calculated respectively. And we get the total power of the machine finally.
