兵团农牧团场小型农田水利工程建设与思考

Thinking about Small-scale Agricultural Hydraulic Engineering of Corps′Field

小型农田水利建设是农业发展的最基础的条件,是实施农业可持续发展的关键,同时面对恶劣的自然灾害,特别是2008年新疆出现的大面积干旱,健全的农田水利建设体系和完善的管理措施,将很大程度上缓解自然灾害给人民群众生活带来的不便,减少农业生产的损失。管护好工程,使其发挥应有的效益,是保障人民的正常生产和生活的关键。本文分析了农四师七十一团小型农田水利工程的建设现状,指出了存在的问题和制约因素,提出了发展对策和措施。

The small - scale agricultural hydraulic engineering construction is the most basic condition of agriculture development and the key to the sustainable development of agriculture. Facing the natural disasters, especially the large scale drought in Xinjiang in 2008, healthy agricultural hydraulic engineering system and appropriate management will reduce the inconvenience and the loss of agriculture.
