前驱体溶液pH值对溶胶凝胶制备钛酸铋薄膜的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用溶胶凝胶技术在石英玻璃基片上制备钛酸铋薄膜,讨论了前驱体溶液的酸碱度(pH值)对薄膜结构和结晶性的影响.pH<2和pH>35的前驱体溶液所制备的薄膜在晶化过程中出现Bi2Ti2O7和Bi2Ti4O11杂相. Bi 4Ti 3O 12 thin films were prepared on fused quartz substrates by solgel process. It is discussed that effect of acidity of precursor solution on structure and crystallization of the thin films. The Bi 2Ti 2O 7 pyrochlore phase and Bi 2Ti 4O 11 phase were present in the thin films derived by precursor solution with pH<2 and pH>4 during annealing process. The thin film derived by precursor solution with pH=2 5~3 5 during annealing process is c axis orientation Bi 4Ti 3O 12 structure.
