维纳的科技“双刃剑”思想简析

维纳认为,科技发展具有"为善"和"作恶"的两重性。要防范或避免科技发展的"作恶",就必须对人类智慧和技术发展提出更高的要求;寻求科技的"人性化"来解决危险的增长;明智地利用科技,使"人与机器形成共生"。维纳还对科技发展的未来与人类的未来进行了展望,认为人类的近期未来是有前途的,但从长远来说,人类的未来并不美妙。总之,维纳在科技发展问题上的观点是积极与消极的并存、乐观与悲观的交融。

Norbert Wiener thinks that development of technology is duality of ＂making goods＂ and ＂making evil＂. In order to keep away or avoid development of technology to ＂making evil＂, we have to propose more request to mankind＇s intelligence and development of technology, explore technological ＂humanistic change＂ to resolve the dangerous increase, and utilize sagaciously the technology to cause formation of ＂man together with machinery＂. Wiener still expects to the future of technological development, think that mankind is promising in the near future but not well in far future. In a word, Wiener＇s view in development of technology coexists to positively together with negatively, optimistically together with pessimistically.
