An Overview of Russia’s Land Legislation

近年来,俄罗斯联邦从宪法以及法律的角度对俄罗斯土地及其相关政策进行了一系列立法,建立了一整套土地使用的有效机制。但是由于管理脱节等问题,俄罗斯的土地立法还存在不完善的地方,需要各级政府进一步努力。

In recent years, the Russian Federation made a series of laws on land and the relating policies at the level of Constitution and law and established completely a set of mechanism of using effectively land. Nevertheless, there are some problems of Russia’s land legislation, such as management disjunction, and there is room for improvement in Russia’s land legislation. All levels of government of the Russian Federation will make still further progress.
