The concept of management theory and its corresponding theoretical system were first put forward by Bede Deruk in 1994. It is not the same as any past operation and management theories. By presenting and analysing the theory's connotation, syetem, key point, error in understanding, correcting and preventing measures, the article hopes to arouse business operators' attention to management theory and get it fully fulfilled in practice.
