住房的有效需求与商品房的巨额空置是我国目前住房消费市场的突出表现，而这是与居民收入低而住房价格高这一主要矛盾紧密相连的。要达到利用住房建设孕育新的经济增长点这一目的，必须抓住这一主要矛盾，完善我国的住房投融资体系。从这一思路入手。
Effective demand for housing and enormous unoccupied commodity houses are striking display of housing consumption market in present China. It is closely connected with the major centradiction of the low income of citizens and high cost of houses.
