摘要
2006年颁布实施的《城市规划编制办法》明确要求研究中心城区空间增长边界,用以限制城市发展规模和划定城市建设范围,但当前国内尚未有成熟和统一的划定方法。防城港市尝试采用土地生态适宜性评价的方法,结合层次分析法确定评价因子的权重,运用GIS技术对规划范围区内的土地生态适宜程度进行分析,依据分析结果划定中心城建设用地的刚性增长边界和弹性增长边界,并提出相应的空间管制对策。
The new urban planning formulation proposes the research on urban growth boundary in urban comprehensive planning, to delimitate that boundary and control urban growth scale, but current domestic research on delimitation of urban growth boundary has still been in the exploration, not yet has consistent method. This article reviews research about urban growth boundary, takes Fangchenggang as the example, uses the land ecological suitability evaluation, unite analytic hierarchy process to determine factor weight, utilizes the GIS to carry on the analysis of ecological suitability evaluation in planning area.
