克山病病情与人体硒水平的17年监测

Observation on the Relationship between the Changes of Selenium Levels and Keshan Disease Incidence Rates

1973～1990年对陕西省黄陵县店头病区克山病消长与人体硒水平进行了动态观察。观察期间，急型（含急型和亚急型）、慢型和潜在型克山病发病率逐年下降，潜在型病情恶化率亦呈下降趋势；病区人群头发硒含量逐年上升，病情与发硒含量呈显著负相关。病区人群头发硒含量提高至非病区农村水平后，慢型和潜在型仍有新发病。

This report was done for the dynamic observation on the relationshop between the changes of Selevels and Keshan disease incidence rates in the severely affected sites in Diantou of Huangling county inShanxi province. During this Period, the incidence rates of acute (including actute and subacute),chronic and latent types of Keshan disease were decreasing yearly and there was a trend indicating that therates of deterioration of latent type were also decreasing meanwhile. The hair Se content of the endenicPeasant population lncreases and the levels of their Se content aas inversely correlated with the incidencerates of these types, and with the rates of deterioration of latent Keshan disease. When the hair Se contentof the endemic Peasant population increases to the level of non-endemic rural areas, some new cases of latent and chronic Keshan diseases were still found in these areas.
