摘要
对潜在型克山病和大骨节病患者的红细胞免疫功能、血清红细胞免疫粘附调节因子和全血硒含量进行了检测。结果表明:克山病和大骨节病患者的红细胞C(3b)受体花环率和全血硒含量均明显低于非病区居民,血清红细胞免疫粘附抑制率均高于非病区居民,免疫复合物花环率和血清红细胞免疫粘附促进率与非病区居民无明显差异;但两病患者上述参数之间无明显差异。提示潜在型克山病和大骨节病患者红细胞免疫功能低下,可能均与低硒状态和血清红细胞免疫粘附抑制因子增加有关。
The erythrocyts immune function, serum erythrocyte immune adherence regulatory factors andblood selenium content in patients with latent Keshan disease (LKD) and Kashin-Beck disease (KBD)were determined. The results showed that the rosette formation rates of erythrocyte C3bR and blood Se levelwere significantly lower while the rosette forming inhibitory rate of serum eryhrocyte immune adherence wassignificantly higher than those in the residents of the non-affected area, but not for the rosette formationrate of erythrocyte immune complex and rosette formation promotive rate of serum etythrocyte immune adherence. No differences were observed of the parameters mentioned above between the patients with LKDand KBD. The study demonstrates that the decreased erthrocyte immune function of LKD and KBD mightbe related to the low selenium status and increased inhibitory factor for serum erythrocyte immune adherence.
