健全和完善现行的环境资源纠纷多元解决机制,是当前创建环境友好型社会和资源节约型社会("两型社会")的基本要求。对我国环境资源纠纷的行政解决机制、司法解决机制、私力或社会解决机制的现状和缺陷进行反思,在此基础上,探讨如何完善环境资源纠纷的多元解决机制。

To improve and perfect the existing environmental resources multiple disputes settlement mechanism, is the basic requirement to build environment-friendly society and resource-saving society （the ＂two-oriented society＂）. We should investigate how to improve the multi-dispute settlement mechanisms of environmental resources disputes by making reflections of administrative, judicial, self-help or social resolution mechanism.
