摘要
论述了云南31种药用菊科植物微量元素含量的特征,含量变化为Fe>Zn>Cu>Pb>Cr和Fe>Mn>Cu>Pb>Ni。31种植物中Fe、Mn含量相对较高,Cr含量相对较低。用系统聚类法,根据欧氏距离,以3.018为分类阀值,被分为4组。叶下花、臭灵丹、狭叶免耳风各成一类,余下28种植物为一类。若以1.477为阀值分类,亚组Ⅳ可分为8组,其中组1-山紫苑、滇川还阳参、夏田菊、牛蒡;组2-双股箭、马兰、木香;组3-多茎鼠草、香丝草、艾叶、蒲公英。辣子草、千里光、婆婆针、续断菊、紫茎泽兰、凤毛菊。聚类分析不但反映不同组别间微量元素含量的差异,也反映不同生态环境条件对聚类的影响,反映了植物间的亲疏关系。
The characteristics of trace elements content in compositae plant of Yunnan were discussed.Trace elemental content was Fe > Zn > Cu > Ph > Cr and Fe > Mn > Cu > Ph > Ni. In the Plants, the content of Fe and Mn were higher than that of the others. The content of Cr was lower than that of other elements. Using systematical cluster analysis, 31 species of compositae plant were divided into 4 classifications with 3 .018 regarded as vavle value. Ainsliaea Pertyoides Franch, Laggera pterodonta,Pterodonta, Ainsliaeawalkeri Hook. fwere respectively divided into one type while Other 28 speices of plants tvers treated as another one. When 1.447was regarded as vavle value, the plants of secondary group were divided into 8groups. In first group, there were Aster orcophilus, Crepis rigrescens Diels,Adenostemma levenma(Lirm), Arctium lappa, L. In Second group there were Ainsliace cardiophylla Fr.Aucklandia lappaDecne., kalimeris indica (Linn). Schulz-Bip. In 3rd group there were Gnaphalium polycaulonpers,Conyza bonariens (Linn), Folium artemisiae Arggi,Taraxacum mongolicum Hand-Mazz, Galinsogaparuiflora Cav., Senecio scandens Buch-Ham,. Bidens bipinnata Linn ,Sonchus spreng,Saussureajappoinica(Thunb. ). Cluster analysis of trace elemental content in plants showed variance in Variedtrpes,It was also showed that growth conditions of plants had influence on the classfication. Through cluscluster analysis of trace elemental content close or distant relation in Plants could be distinct.
