Suburbanization: A Review of the Literature

与郊区化相关的争论较多的问题主要有郊区及郊区化的概念界定、郊区化的动力机制和中外郊区化差异。本文对国内外学者关于郊区、郊区化、郊区化的动力机制和中外郊区化差异的相关观点进行了梳理,从而为深化理论研究和推进中国城市郊区化进程提供了有力地支持。

The main controversial questions about the suburbanization are the definition of suburbs suburbanization, the dy- namic mechanism of suburbanization, and the differences between Chinese and foreign suburbanization. This paper reviews the related points of domestic and foreign scholars on the suburbs, suburbanization, the dynamic mechanism of suburbanization, and the differences between Chinese and foreign suburbanization. Thus, they provided supporting for the further develop of theoretical studies and the process of suburbanization in China.
