摘要
针对水泥回转窑的大量余热资源,提出了余热热水系统的回收方式。着重对系统的设计思想和方法进行研究,提出了设计过程必须遵循的几个原则。在此基础上编制计算程序,通过迭代计算,获得了不同条件下集热管几何参数的选择范围。通过对比分析,确定最优结构下的管径和单根管长,为合理设计水泥回转窑余热热水系统提供了理论依据,具有工程应用价值。
For numerous waste heat resources of cement rotary kiln, recovery approach is proposed for hot water system to obtain waste heat. The focal point is the system's design philosophy and methods. Several principles must be followed in the design process. On this basis, the available range of collector tube geometrical parameters under different conditions can be obtained through iterative calculation with computer program. By compared analysis, the pipe diameter and single pipe's length under optimal structure are determined. It provides the theoretical basis for rational design of the hot water system and has engineering value.
