摘要
人才培养模式即人才培养的标准形式(样式)或使人们可以照着做的人才培养标准样式;教育思想与教育理念不同,学科专业不同,就会产生不同的人才培养模式,并且不同时期、不同类型的学校,人才培养模式也有所不同。应用型本科人才是相对于研究型或学术型本科人才而言的,即能够将科学原理应用到企业经营与管理实践并为企业创造经济利益和物质财富的人才,因此应该突出"应用性"的特点,使其具有从事经济管理工作的专门知识、能力及素质,具有良好的可持续发展基础;培养模式构建应突出:转变教育观念、明确人才培养目标、改革教学方法与手段、强化实践教学、加强"双师"型教师队伍建设、完善教学保障体系等方面的设计,以能实现经管类应用型本科人才培养的根本目的。
The pattern of talent cultivation is a standard form of cultivating talent or a standard talent cultivating form allowing people to follow. Different educational thoughts and concepts, and different academic disciplines will cause different pattern of talent cultivation; In addition,the pattern of talent cultivation can also be different during different period of time or in different type of school. Talent of application- oriented undergraduate education is a comparative speaking to the talent of research - oriented or academy - oriented undergraduate education, who can apply the scientific principle to the enterprise operation and management practice to create economic interest and mammon for the enterprise. Tlierefore, we need to give prominence to the feature "applicationoriented" and make the talent be equipped with the professional knowledge, capability and inner quality to engaged in economic management, and a well foundation for Iris substantial development. The construction of cultivating pattern should emphasize on : Transforming the educational concepts, crystallizing the aim of talent cultivation, refoming the teaching method, strengthening practical teaching, enhancing the augmenting of the teaching staff with "Onnri faceted knowledge ", completing the design of the teaching security system and the other aspects to realize the basic goal of cultivating the talent of application- oriented undergraduate education of economic management specials.
