On the Psychological Characteristics of University Students in the New Era and the Innovation of Education Management Models in Universities

学生教育管理工作在高校人才培养过程中起着不可缺少的作用,其重要性日益突出。在新形势下,高校学生教育管理工作要从其心理特点出发,确立以学生为本的教育管理理念,把学生看成既是管理对象同时又是管理的主体,在管理中充分发扬民主,调动大学生的积极性,加强自我管理。学生教育管理工作者应认清形势,积极探索和研究新时期的教育管理模式,大力推动高校教育管理工作的发展和创新,真正实现培养社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人的根本目标。

Through analyzing the University Students＇ Psychological characteristics in the new era, the author believes that traditional models ofstudent education, management are hard to meet the needs in new circumstances, based on which the author makes a research and analysis on university education management models in the new era. In addition, the author also actively advocates the education management conceptions, to build up the student- oriented ideology in education management and puts forward some corresponding strategies.
