摘要
针对有机化学课堂中存在的问题,课堂管理有四条措施:一是进行课程学习目的教育;二是应用灵活的教学方法,吸引学生的课堂注意力;三是制定明确的规章制度,并严格执行;四是改革成绩考核措施,使学生重视平时学习。
By way of analyzing the problems in classroom, The article proposed four measues for organic chemistry classroom management 1）Education of the purpose of leaming course ;2）Application of flexible teaching methods to attract the attention of students in classroom;3） Establishment of clear regulations , and strict enforcement ;4）Reibrm of examination method of results for enabling the students to lay stress on learning in normal times.
