摘要
为了适应金融危机影响下严峻的就业形势,促进高校毕业生更快完成从校园环境到工作环境和社会环境的角色转换,提高高校毕业生的就业成功率,我国高校应针对全校毕业生普遍开设"职场文化与求职培训"课程。紧紧围绕八个预设能力目标,通过职场文化讲解、职业规划和定位、职前心理培训、职场技能培训、求职面试培训和实习期跟踪回访六大模块的教学与培训,采用灵活互动的教学方式对学生进行培训。
The article,through the illustration of the urgency for graduates to change their role in the background of financial crisis, suggests Chinese Universities and Colleges open the course of Vocational Culture and Job - application Training and therefore enables the graduates to know the job market, explore their potential, enhance their capabilities and obtain satisfactory jobs.
