武钢硅钢卷的电解脱脂实践

Practice of Electrolysis Decreasing of Silicon Steel Coils

武钢硅钢总厂CA12连续退火机组的硅钢卷生产线电解脱脂工序未使用专用电解脱脂液,致使钢板质量达不到预期效果。为此,开发并引入了WDF-1型电解脱脂液,现场进行了脂脱应用试验。结果显示,在控制的条件下,硅钢卷表面质量达到A～A+级,满足了生产要求。

Due to lack of specialized electrolysis degreasing fluids,the sili-con steel sheets manufactured with CA12 continuous annealing u-nits at the General Plant of Silicon Steel in Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation have poorer quality than what is expected.Thus WDF-1 electrolysis degreasing fluid was developed and used for field teat of degreasing.It was found that,by properly controlling the degreasing conditions,the silicon steel coils after being de-greased with WDF-1 has a surface quality of grade A and/or A+,meeting the requirement of production.
