摘要
用碳化钨(WC)金属陶瓷热喷涂层替代传统的镀硬铬层应用于冷轧工艺辊,可以提高辊子的使用寿命。通过高速火焰喷涂技术在Q345A钢基体上制备了两种WC金属陶瓷涂层,考察了其摩擦学性能及综合性能,并结合其在宝钢的实际应用情况分析了其应用效果。结果显示,制备的碳化钨(WC)金属陶瓷涂层代替硬铬镀层效果较好,可进一步推广应用。
Two kinds of WC cermet coatings were prepared on Q345A steel substrate by using high-velocity oxy-fuel spraying technique.The friction and wear behavior and comprehensive properties of the cermet coatings were evaluated.And the applicability of the cermet coatings was explored in relation to their application at a cold rolling line of Baosteel Corporation.Results indicate that the as-sprayed WC cermet coatings can be well used to replace electroplated hard Cr coating for cold rolled rollers,and they may be extended to other relevant production lines in iron and steel factory as well.
