本文从反垄断法与反知识垄断的关系、国际上有关知识产权问题的不同声音及现实力量、自由软件运动及其广泛影响等方面论述了人们比较容易忽视的国际上反对由知识产权引起的知识垄断的潮流及其发展动向,并分析了它们对中国的重要启示,认为中国应成为国际舞台上反知识垄断的重要力量。

Addressing the international trends and developments against intellectual monopoly resulting from the intellectual property regime as easily overlooked by many, this article discusses the relation between the antitrust law and the effort against intellectual monopoly, the different voice and forces in the world on the issue of intellectual property rights, and the free software movement and its far - reaching in- fluence, analyzes their important implications for China, and argues that China should be an important force against intellectual monopoly in the international community.
