大型医院门诊病人药物期望研究

Studying on the Outpatients' Drug Expectation in Comprehensive Hospitals

目的:了解我国医院门诊病人的药物期望现状,为提升门诊医生合理用药水平提供参考。方法:采用病人期望处方药物比例、医生受到病人期望影响比例和医生开出处方药物比例3个指标对门诊病人药物期望进行定量研究。结果:病人期望处方药物比例、医生受到病人期望影响比例和医生开出处方药物比例分别为76.4%、92.3%和89.8%,均比国外的研究值高;医生受到病人期望影响比例和医生开出处方药物比例两个指标之间有相关关系,其他指标两两之间无相关关系。结论:病人期望和医生对它的感知这两个因素对门诊处方用药有相当大的、不同程度的影响。

Objective：To investigate the status of outpatients＇ expectation for medication in comprehensive hospitals, and provide reference for doctors＇ rational prescription. Methods：Three indexes including ratio of outpatients＇expectation, ratio of doctors being influenced by outpatients＇expectation and of prescription were applied to quantitatively study the outpatients＇expectations for medication. Results ：The ratio of outpatients＇ expectatious, ratio of doctors being influenced by outpatients＇ expectation and ratio of prescription was 76. 4%, 92. 3% and 89. 8%, respectively, which were higher than those in other countries. There had correlativity between the ratio of doctors being influenced by outpatients＇ expectation and ratio of prescription, but no eorrelativity was observed in other indexes. Conclusion：Factors of outpatients＇ expectation and doctors＇ perception on it have significant influence on the outpatients＇prescription.
