Analyzing the Influence of Treatment Process on Patients with Tuberculosis

目的:探讨诊疗过程对肺结核患者治疗情况的影响。方法:采用分层随机整群抽样方法选取样本,利用自制的调查问卷进行访谈式调查,并利用SPSS16.0软件进行单因素和多因素分析。结果:初次诊断结果、确诊单位及化疗管理方式对结核病患者治疗情况的影响有统计学意义。结论:应加大政府对肺结核患者的经济补偿力度,提高基层诊疗机构疾病诊断水平,倡导家庭督导员督导,加强医生对肺结核患者的防治宣传教育。

Objective：To explore the influence of treatment process on patients with tuberculosis. Methods：Samples were randomly selected by stratified sampling method, surveyed with self- made questionnaire, and analyzed by SPSS16.0. Results： Factors of the initial diagnosis results, diagnosis units, and chemotherapy management had statistically significant influence on treating patients with tuberculosis. Conclusion：More financial compensation for TB patients should be obtained from the government. Clinic diagnosis of grass - roots health institutions should be improved. Chemotherapy management with family supervision should be advocated. And propaganda and education on preventing TB should be strengthened.
