摘要 研究了Fe,Ni,Re对ZL108氩弧强化区硬度及高温耐磨性的影响.在本试验条件下,Fe,Ni量增加对焊后经体积稳定化处理试样的室温硬度提高作用显著.提高Ni,Re量对于经长期高温冲击磨损的试样室温硬度的提高有显著作用,Fe的作用次于Ni,Re.Fe,Ni的交互作用对上述两种情况的硬度均有显著影响.提高Fe可显著提高ZL108的高温耐磨性,Re的作用次于Fe,Fe和Re二者之间及Fe,Ni,Re三者之间的交互作用对ZL108高温耐磨性有显著影响. オn this paper the influence of Fe, Ni, Re on hardness and hightemperature wearing resistance at Ararc strengthened zone in ZL108 is studied by orthogonal test of three factors two levels and variance analysis.The study indicates that under the condition of this test increasing the quality of Fe, Ni can notably heighten ambient temperature hareness of samples that are welded and subjected to heat treatment.Raising the amount of Ni, Re can obviously increase the ambient temperature hardness of the samples that have been subjected to impact wear at high temperature for a long period of time.The effect of Fe is less than that of Ni.The interaction of Fe and Ni shows marked effect on hardness under both aforementioned conditions.Raising the amount of Fe can remarkably increase the high temperature wearing resistance of ZL108.The action of Re is less important than that of Fe.The interaction between Fe and Re and among Fe ,Ni, Re displays remarkable effect on high temperature wearing resisance of ZL108.
