摘要
“定制化教育”是一些高职院校在我国高等职业教育发展中作出的一个有益探索,体现了大规模定制思想在我国高等教育产业中的具体运用。要想成功实施规模定制的教育模式,高等学校必须学习企业大规模定制管理的经验。本文引入利益相关者管理理论,对高等学校实施“定制化教育”模式的战略关系管理展开深入分析。

Must want to succeed the education pattern which the implementation scale has custom-- made,the College must learn from the enterprise to have custom--made the management massively the experience.
