现行的薪酬制度已不适应经济发展的要求,事业单位应建立一种以工作绩效考核为中心,按贡献、按能力、形式多样、自主灵活的分配激励机制。要打破平均主义,拉开收入差距,向关键岗位和优秀人才倾斜,加大工资分配的激励作用,实现留住人才和人尽其才。
The current pay system no longer meet the demands of economic development,institutions should establish a workperformance appraisal as the center,according to their contributions,according to their abilities, diversity, autonomy and flexibility in the allocation of incentives. To break the egalitarianism, widening income gaps, and outstanding people in key positions to tilt,increase the wage distribution of incentives to achieve to retain talent and make the best use.
