面对旅游产业发展的迫切要求,构建旅行社企业集团化势在必行。鉴于山东旅游业的现状,旅行社要发挥各自的比较优势,在价值链理论的指导下组建结构优化、组织合理的旅行社企业集团,以达到提升山东旅行社企业竞争力之目的,推动山东旅游经济不断发展。
Facing the traveling industrial development, s urgent need,the construction of travel agency enterprise grouplisation is imperative. In view o{ the present situation of Shandong traveling industry,the travel agency needs to display respective comparison superiority and set up reasonable travel agency enterprise group under the value chain theory's instruction, to achieve the goal of promote travel agency enterprise competitive power,then promote Shandong tourism economy to develop.
