摘要
本文对包钢钢材营销渠道存在的问题进行了深入分析。在此基础上,提出了包钢钢材营销渠道建设的新思路,并对经销商的管理与区域销售分公司的定位、直供用户的管理办法、钢材剪切配送业务的开展、现有营销平台的改进、国际市场的开拓等方面提出了具体的策略。
Based on the analysis of the problems of the trade channel of Baotou Steel, the author of this text expresses his views on the building of trade channel of Baotou Steel, and also indicates the concrete tactics on the management of the traders and sale branches, the policies to the end users, developing the business of coil center, the improving of marketing platform, exploring the overseas market.
