论大学生“村官”计划的实施对社会主义新农村建设的推动作用

On the Pushing Force of the "University Student as Village Officer" Development Program towards the Construction of the New Socialist Countryside

大学生"村官"计划即选聘高校毕业生到农村任职,这是党中央为推进社会主义新农村建设作出的一项战略决策。本文从开展大学生"村官"计划的战略意义与实施过程中出现的问题入手,论述了大学生在推进新农村建设中的积极作用,正确认识了新农村建设和大学生任"村官"的重要意义。

＂University Student as Village Officer＂ development program refers to the program of selecting and employing university graduates to work as village officers in the countryside,which is one of the most important strategic decisions made by the Party＇s Central Committee to advance the new socialistic countryside construction. Starting from discussing the strategic significance of ＂University Student as Village Officer＂ development program and the problems occurred in the implementation of the project,this paper expounds the active function of university graduates in the new socialistic countryside construction,the significance of the new countryside construction and the importance of selecting and employing university graduates to work as village officers.
